Ray was great and identified the issue with the pool heater quickly and got it fixed. Haven't tried it yet but he seemed to know for sure what it was.

EXCELLENT customer service from start to finish! I had a product warranty issue and they were assigned to me from the manufacturer-Dart contacted me immediately and came out within days for repair/replacement.
