Being a first time home owner there are little things you just don’t know. I called and explained the situation to Sam, he took the time to listen and understand what I thought was going on with my furnace. Brandt was the tech that was dispatched out to my house in less than 36 hours of my call, the appointment time was set for my schedule and the Brandt showed right on time. He also listened to what I thought was going on. I had been without heat for 2 weeks and within 5 minutes Brandt had my furnace running... 2 simple things had caused the whole furnace to stop working. Brandt explained to me that the thermostats wires were crossed wrong and my filter was the wrong one and was causing bad air flow. I felt stupid but Brandt reassured me that they were things that sometimes you just don’t know. Overall my experience was awesome, no up selling, no expensive parts that needed to be bought, no major issues to worry about. Brandt also took the time to explain about a maintenance program that could help extend the life of my HVAC unit and furnace. Will definitely be using this company in the future to help with all my furnace needs. Thank you again Brandt for your help.
