Our hot water heater broke on Wednesday. We call Professional Plumbing that day and the next morning we had a new hot water heater. Matthew and Mike came and were very professional and thorough. They did a fantastic job. This is the second time we used Professional Plumbing and because our experience the first time was so great I would highly recommend them.

My first experience with ordering a new water heater. I purchase the wrong size, oops. He came back to finish the job the next day. His ability to speak Spanish and communicate with my contractor’s crew is an asset. They communicated where the doors would hang as to get everything to fit. Switch and electrical had to be moved and he easily explained it to me, a lay person as to what was needed for electrician to do his part. He even helped me measure again to make sure I had ordered my washer and dryer properly so there would be no further mishaps with my ordering. Very happy with his work, knowledge and communication. He deserves a raise.
