I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I was charged an additional $500 because the original service was not properly assessed, which led to the AC system freezing over. For a company the size of Veterans, correctly identifying that the unit uses an electric heat strip rather than a gas pump should be basic due diligence, not an oversight that gets passed back to the customer. What made this worse was the follow-up call. Tony, who took the call, had a clear opportunity to escalate the issue to someone with the authority to resolve it appropriately, and chose not to. As a result, I was left paying twice for a mistake that originated with their team. I expected a higher level of professionalism, accountability, and customer advocacy. AC companies are a dime a dozen, and experiences like this make it easy to keep looking.

Service guy did great , but over booked , have to come back and finish tomorrow, so half done , whereas if completed today could have had inspection and kept job moving. Also. Your an electric company there’s way too much AI involved in this process stop paying for that service. Put it into the company in different ways whether it’s raises for your guys too many emails and too many text messages. In the construction industry we don’t need emails and texts. We need assholes and elbows working. We don’t need surveys you’re a licensed electrical contractor. Just do the job. But you won’t change you’re stuck in the American way. If somebody wants to complain, they’ll just call the office. Don’t need a survey for this. This AI service is a waste of your money.

Quoted job including installing outlet under house for sump pump and dehumidifier - space is tight but very clean and sealed. Stated they could not get under house, which two decent size guys were under there sealing and installing the pump and humidifier. Did not want to do that part of job so refunded small amount. Puts me in a position of try to get someone else out to do a very small job. Would not have given the larger part to them in the beginning if they were going to renege on completing the entire job. I will not use them nor recommend them.
