The AC Technician arrived within the scheduled time period and completed a complete check of my systems at the two residences. He provided feedback. I feel very confident with this company.

Dan was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and informative as to the condition of the AC system and recommendations for future service/maintenance that would be need soon. Also informed us on what would be necessary if the coolant level had dropped upon the time (6 mos.( of our next maintenance check. Would use him again for an AC service.

You could go over all the checks you made and explain what you found instead of having client ask questions.
