The work that was performed was excellent, and the technician was very clean. The reason for only 3 stars because your $898 advertisement for a hot water heater replacement is very misleading. I know you guys can explain it away, but the bottom line is that I spent $500 more than your advertisement. My regular plumber would have done it for that. My time is very limited so I went with you guys because I didn't want to lose another work day on my hot water heater.
