I highly recommend Better Built HVAC!!! As luck would have it, my air conditioning went out on a Friday evening just before a hot weekend. I could not get an answer from the company I’ve been using for 5 years (and who called me back on Saturday morning saying their emergency fee would be $130 or I could wait until Monday). Thanks but no thanks!
On Saturday morning I was referred to Better Built by a friend. They answered the phone immediately and amazingly had a technician to my house within 30 minutes … with NO emergency fee!
Unfortunately, being a weekend, they did not have the parts needed and the warehouse was closed until Monday … but they picked up the parts early Monday morning and were at my house before 10 AM. Within a half hour, Luke had me up and running and took the time to answer all my questions.
I am so impressed with Luke and with the owners, Ken and Melanie. Other companies I called prior to finding them only had answering services or voicemail on the weekend. But Better Built epitomizes 24/7 service, and it was clear they truly cared. I am recommending them to ALL of my friends, and I look forward to an ongoing relationship with them! 5 stars is not enough! Thank you, Better Built, from the bottom of my heart!

From a friend’s recommendation, we called Better Built for a 2nd opinion to why our AC fan wouldn’t turn on. So incredibly grateful we did! Levi & Luke took excellent care of us & saved us $22k after another “reputable company” told us we needed a new furnace & AC earlier this week (AAA said our furnace had excessive damage due to poor installation + our AC needed new sensor & fan motor). Today, Luke did a quick inspection & found the furnace electrical had a disconnected wire. Once reconnected, the AC fan started right up & the HVAC system is running great. We are so grateful for Luke & Levi’s integrity, team work, HVAC knowledge, problem solving & communication style; we signed on with their maintenance plan as a result! Glad to learn about this family-owned business and look forward to working with them here on out!
