Korey called that he was on his way. He arrived right on the dot of his estimated arrival time. Korey had all of the equipment that he needed. He listened to my description of the problem. He worked on the furnace. I had a description of what he had found. He asked if he could change my furnace filter, I said yes, he got my new filter installed. Everything was running well when he left. My furnace is running well and I was warm before the hour was up! I highly recommend him to repair the furnace, no matter how old it is.
