Usually you do good, but this week our tech was out and the substitute tech came a day early and wasn’t here long. Now we have a cloudy pool a week later which is unusual.

I had contacted your office and asked for the serviceman to bring a replacement auto fill shutoff as mine was leaky. I was here all morning today and never saw him arrive although you claimed to perform routine maintenance. What time did he arrive.

Lots of leaves on the bottom. Doesn't appear to have been cleaned.
