Quality and Customer Service Check

Ask the Seal.com annually searches available databases, blogs, websites and reviews to determine if the company has a disproportionately large # or pattern of complaints relative to the type and volume of business that company conducts and relative to that of its comparably sized peers in that industry. Ask the Seal does not guarantee the quality or customer service of any company and does not guarantee your satisfaction.

Criminal Records Search

For each individual listed on End-User’s PIER roster, Ask the Seal annually conducts a search in a national criminal database using the person’s name, date of birth, and social security number (if available). The Ask the Seal.com Seal of Approval will only be given to those companies whose employees on the PIER roster have not been determined to have been convicted as an adult of any of the following disqualifying offenses, where the date of disposition of the offense or release of incarceration was within seven years and where the records are not sealed or expunged:*
